CEZ Anatomy 3D Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the CEZ Anatomy 3D app for Android (“the app”), made by CEZ Studio, handles information. For the CEZ Studio website, see our website privacy policy.

Information stored on your device

Your settings (quality, theme, lighting, voice and volume), the date you first opened the app (used for the 7-day welcome offer), which pack you’ve unlocked, and similar preferences are saved only on your device. We don’t receive them. The app has no accounts, so we don’t collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or messages. The 3D body models are built into the app, so studying works offline.

Purchases

Student Pack and Student Pro are one-time purchases made through Google Play. Google handles the payment, so we never see your card, UPI or bank details. The app receives only a confirmation of what you bought, so it can unlock it and restore it with Restore purchases. Google’s handling of payments is covered by the Google Payments Privacy Notice.

Advertising

The free version and Student Pack show ads through Google AdMob: a small banner, and a short video you can choose to watch to try a locked feature once. Student Pro has no ads. The app asks for non-personalized ads, and ads load only when your device is online.

To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect and use information such as:

  • your device’s advertising ID and other device identifiers
  • your approximate location, based on your IP address
  • how you interact with ads, and basic app and device information such as crash and performance data

Images, videos and the microphone

  • Share this view creates a picture of the 3D model on your phone and opens your phone’s share menu. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose an app to share it with.
  • Recorded videos of the model are saved to your device only.
  • The app doesn’t use your camera. The microphone is used only if you tick “Record my own voice” when recording a video and your phone allows it. Your voice goes into that video file on your device and is never sent to us.

Optional AI server

The movement assistant works without any server. If you choose to type in the address of your own AI server, the text you type into the assistant is sent to that server. We don’t run that server or receive what you send.

Your choices

  • If you’re in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent for ads, and you can change this choice.
  • You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
  • You can use the app offline, in which case no ads are loaded.
  • Buying Student Pro removes ads.

Deleting your data

Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in your phone’s settings (Settings → Apps → CEZ Anatomy 3D → Storage → Clear storage), to delete everything it saved on your device. Your purchases stay linked to your Google account and can be restored. For data held by Google for advertising, use the settings above or Google’s own tools.

Children

The app is made for students and learners aged 13 and over and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has provided information through the app, contact us and we’ll help.

Medical information

The app is for education only. It isn’t medical advice and doesn’t collect any health information about you.

Security

Your settings stay on your device. Information sent to Google for ads and purchases is sent over an encrypted connection.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
